Digital Strategy

At Stanley Grove Primary Academy, we recognise the importance of technology. Having limited access to digital devices and the Internet can have a negative impact on educational outcomes, particularly at a time where there is an increased reliance on remote learning.

With this in mind, we are committed to improving digital access and digital literacy in our community. In Autumn 2020, we surveyed all families and have started a program to provide a laptop and training to families who currently have no digital device in the home.

By providing targeted families with laptops, Stanley Grove will be supporting many aspects of family life as well as supporting children’s education.
